Mufletta - Traditional Moroccan Treat
  1. Using an electric mixer and kneading hook, combine all ingredients besides the oil and let it run for 10 minutes until the dough feels a little sticky and soft

  2. Divide the dough into little balls and place on a tray with a generous amount of oil

  3. Cover and rest for about 45 minutes

  4. Prepare 2 parchment paper circles and preheat a pan to medium-low heat

  5. Place a little dough ball between the 2 parchment papers and spread it with your hands as thin as you can

  6. Remove the top paper, flip the paper and dough onto the pan with dough side down

  7. Wait a couple seconds, remove the paper and flip the muffleta

  8. Repeat the process with remaining dough balls, keeping the muffleta pile flipped so they don't dry out

  9. Enjoy with honey and a nice cup of mint tea
