In a small bowl, mix the crust ingredients and press into a round cheesecake pan. Place in the refrigerator to begin firming up.
In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to mix the filling ingredients until fluffy. Spread over the prepared crust and refrigerate.
Melt the topping ingredients together in the microwave, stirring in between. Pour/spread over the cheesecake and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
