Wellness Elixir Drink
  1. Combine ½ cup raw honey, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground turmeric, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, and 2 to 3 tablespoons freshly grated ginger in a bowl

  2. Stir very well until evenly combined

  3. Store the mixture in a sealed glass jar

  4. Each morning, add 1 tablespoon of the elixir mixture to warm water

  5. Add juice of ½ lemon and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the warm water

  6. Stir well and drink

  7. For illness prevention, drink 3 times daily when symptoms appear until they subside
