Remove tater tots from freezer and let thaw out.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brown breakfast sausage. Remove from pan and drain grease.
Brown diced bacon. Remove from pan and save grease for gravy.
Add tater tots to a baking dish. Top with the breakfast sausage, bacon, and green Chiles.
Pour scrambled eggs over mixture. Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for about 45-60 minutes depending on when the eggs are fully cooked.
Removed from oven and top with cream gravy. Enjoy!
