  1. After 10 hours, the dough should have tripled in size. Divide it into 6 equal portions and shape them into dough balls.

  2. Place each ball in a separate container (coated with a thin layer of olive oil), and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.

  3. When you’re ready to make pizza, take the dough out and let it come to room temperature for around 3 hours.

  4. Once you’ve stretched the dough, top it with all your favorite ingredients!
