Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Open up and flatten the dates in a single layer across the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, peanut butter and honey.
Spread this across the dates.
Melt the chocolate chips, and pour this over the yogurt layer, then sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
Freeze for 2 hours until firm, then slice into 16 squares.
