Mix together the ricotta, spinach and minced garlic.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Spread half the marinara sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
Add the chicken breasts.
Top each chicken breast with the ricotta mixture.
Spoon more marinara sauce over the top.
Add Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375° for 30–40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and bubbly around the edges.
