High Protein Zero Carb Flatbread
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella, and eggs.

  4. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  5. Mix until a thick batter forms.

  6. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions on the baking sheet and spread each into a round flatbread about ½ inch thick.

  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.

  8. For extra browning, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.

  9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  10. Mix: 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1 minced garlic clove, ½ teaspoon dried parsley.

  11. Brush over the hot flatbreads after baking.
