Healthy Banana Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare 9×5 loaf pan.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk mashed bananas and eggs until combined.

  4. Mix in oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir to combine.

  6. Add in any mix-ins – chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

  7. Pour into greased bread loaf pan.

  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
