Mix flour, water and yeast together till shaggy.
Add honey and olive oil. Mix till well formed then add salt.
Mix ~5 min till windowpane and smooth.
Divide into 2 and place into oiled containers.
Pop in the fridge for 6-12 hours.
Preheat baking steel or pizza stone at 550F for at least 45 min before baking.
Pull out dough 10 min prior to shaping.
Shape and place on your pizza peel.
Add toppings.
Bake at 550F for 8-12 minutes.
