Double Chocolate Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9"x5"x3" loaf pan.

  2. Peel the bananas and cook for 7-8 min (Either in the microwave or on the stove) or until soft.

  3. Cream the butter, the sugar, and the vanilla bourbon paste. Then add the labneh and the eggs (1 by 1), Mix until well combined.

  4. Fold in the flour (sifted), almond flour, cocoa powder (sifted), baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Gently fold in the chopped dark chocolate. Mix gently—do not overmix.

  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Pipe the vanilla butter down the center of the cake. If desired, sprinkle additional chocolate on top.

  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).

  8. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
