Make guacamole by dicing 3 avocados and mixing with ¼ minced red onion, 1 minced jalapeño, juice of 1 lime, 1-2 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tbsp cilantro
Prepare queso by combining 1 can evaporated milk, 10 oz white American cheese, 8 oz pepper Jack cheese, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 1 can diced green chilies
Cook 1 ¼ lb beef with 1-2 tbsp taco seasoning, then mix in ½ cup sour cream, handful shredded cheese, and 2-3 tbsp ketchup
Layer burrito tortilla with shredded lettuce, chips, cooked beef mixture, pico de gallo, guacamole, and queso
Place a smaller tortilla on top and wrap tightly
Heat oil and fry the crunch wrap until golden and crispy
