High Protein Thai Chicken Salad
  1. In a small bowl whisk together all peanut dressing ingredients, set aside.

  2. Chop your chicken, veggies and cashews and put in a large bowl, and mix in about 1 cup of dressing mixture into bowl and mix. Serve with crackers, lettuce wrap or even a tortilla. Enjoy!
