Mayak Eggs
  1. Boil eggs for 6.5 minutes in hot water.

  2. Add vinegar to help you get perfectly peeled eggs.

  3. Chop garlic, spring onions, chilli & coriander, mix with all the seasonings.

  4. Peel eggs and add to the marinade.

  5. Store in fridge for up to 5 days

  6. Serve eggs over rice with some of the marinade
