Homemade biscuits
  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Grate the cold butter into flour mixture.

  3. Add the milk and mix.

  4. Pat the dough into a rectangle.

  5. Fold and pad out three times. You want your dough about one and a half inch thick.

  6. Use a mason jar top to cut out eight biscuits.

  7. Bake at 425 deg 13-15 minutes
