Chili Crisp
  1. Heat the oil & fresh garlic until just barely fragrant. Turn off the flame before you see any color on the garlic!! Otherwise it will burn. There shouldn't be more than 60 seconds of sizzling before you turn the heat off.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the hot oil. Allow it all to cool and the flavors to permeate each other.

  3. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to a month. Yes, it stays crunchy in the fridge!
