Preheat oven to 170°
Line a brownie tin (17.5 x 27.5 tin)
Combine coconut, oats, cornflakes and rice bubbles in a large bowl
Melt butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan on mild heat until all melted
Allow it to briefly come to the boil, stirring frequently
Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix well to combine
Press firmly into tin using a cup to roll and press it in to really compact it
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned on top (18 minutes recommended)
Allow to cool completely before cutting (use fridge to speed up cooling)
