  1. Mix water, yeast and honey together and set aside for 15-20 minutes

  2. Add the mixture to the salt and flour and mix well

  3. Let the dough rest for 90 minutes

  4. Transfer onto a well floured surface and add more flour on top

  5. Divide the dough in half

  6. Twist the dough

  7. Bake at 460°F for 25 minutes (adjust to 475°F if needed, or bake 5-8 minutes longer for extra crunchiness)

  8. Let cool completely before serving
