Mix water, yeast and honey together and set aside for 15-20 minutes
Add the mixture to the salt and flour and mix well
Let the dough rest for 90 minutes
Transfer onto a well floured surface and add more flour on top
Divide the dough in half
Twist the dough
Bake at 460°F for 25 minutes (adjust to 475°F if needed, or bake 5-8 minutes longer for extra crunchiness)
Let cool completely before serving
