Classic Beef And Broccoli
  1. Into a bowl add soy sauce, beef broth, ginger, garlic, corn starch, sesame oil, maple syrup, and pepper. Whisk and set aside.

  2. Into a hot oiled pan add in the broccoli and onions and saute for 3-5 minutes. Push to the side and add in seasoned and sliced beef. Cook for 2 minutes and then mix together and pour in sauce.

  3. Cook until sauce thickens, about 2 mins.

  4. Serve with sticky or jasmine rice, green onions, and sesame seeds.
