Homemade Creamy Banana Ice Cream
  1. Purée (or mash) the bananas roughly.

  2. Mix with the lemon juice and the sugar.

  3. Put in the refrigerator until it's cold, about 30 minutes.

  4. Whisk the cream until it's as thick as yogurt.

  5. Add the cream with the banana mixture.

  6. Pour the ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
