In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and honey. Stir lightly and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and oil.
Add the frothy yeast mixture to the bowl and mix well.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Shape into 12 ball shapes and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the shaped rolls with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for 30-45 minutes, or until puffy.
Gently brush the rolls with the melted butter before placing them in the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
While the rolls are still warm, brush them with the remaining melted butter.
