Stir in the black beans and salsa.
Cook, stirring regularly, until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add the tortillas in an even layer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
Spoon the ground beef mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Bake for about 12-14 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
Serve topped with your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
