Melt chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat stirring gently until melted, then stir in the tahini/nut butter and puffed quinoa
Spoon a teaspoon of the mixture into 12 sections of an ice cube mould, then place half a date on top (squish them into ball shapes beforehand) and top with the remaining chocolate
Store in the fridge or freezer, I love them from frozen!
