Crispy Duck Breasts ~ Chinese Style (air Fryer)
  1. Start By patting dry any excess moisture from the Duck breasts.

  2. Slice lines in the fat and salt the duck breasts

  3. Next shake a little spice bag shake on both sides of the Duck breasts.

  4. Rub this into the skin.

  5. Start by placing the Duck Breasts face down in the air-fryer basket.

  6. Cook for 7 mins at 200 degrees

  7. Flip the Duck Breasts over to skin facing up.

  8. Lower heat to 170 degrees

  9. Cook for 16 mins for Crispy Well done

  10. Remove from air-fryer and leave 5 mins to rest before slicing and brushing in some of the stir-fry sauce.

  11. Stir fry the veggies in olive oil and 1 tablespoon of spice bag shake.

  12. Break up the noodles and toss them through the veg

  13. Add more soy if needed and stir-fry for 2-3 mins until piping hot.

  14. Mix well and add the stir-fry sauce (Soy sauce, ginger&garlic paste, honey & chilli paste mixed)

  15. To assemble, place the crispy duck breast over the noodles add a drizzle of the stir-fry sauce and top with fresh cucumber.
