Start By patting dry any excess moisture from the Duck breasts.
Slice lines in the fat and salt the duck breasts
Next shake a little spice bag shake on both sides of the Duck breasts.
Rub this into the skin.
Start by placing the Duck Breasts face down in the air-fryer basket.
Cook for 7 mins at 200 degrees
Flip the Duck Breasts over to skin facing up.
Lower heat to 170 degrees
Cook for 16 mins for Crispy Well done
Remove from air-fryer and leave 5 mins to rest before slicing and brushing in some of the stir-fry sauce.
Stir fry the veggies in olive oil and 1 tablespoon of spice bag shake.
Break up the noodles and toss them through the veg
Add more soy if needed and stir-fry for 2-3 mins until piping hot.
Mix well and add the stir-fry sauce (Soy sauce, ginger&garlic paste, honey & chilli paste mixed)
To assemble, place the crispy duck breast over the noodles add a drizzle of the stir-fry sauce and top with fresh cucumber.
