Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using a wooden spoon, hand mixer, or stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium speed for 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, parmesan, dijon mustard, lemon zest and juice, dill, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce. Mix on medium speed until fully combined and smooth.
Fold in the chopped lobster meat using a wooden spoon or spatula. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining ½ cup cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with slices of baguette, toasted bread, crackers, or pita chips.
