Heat the oven to 200C fan
Place 6-8 potato waffles on a baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes.
Mix the grated cheese, beaten egg, dijon mustard and black pepper together.
Tear up the ham slices.
Remove the waffles from the oven and turn the heat down to 180C fan
Divide the sliced ham between the waffles.
Spoon the eggy cheesy mixture evenly over the waffles.
Return to the oven for 15-18 minutes or until cooked through.
