Combine mashed bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla.
Stir almond flour, baking soda, and cardamom in a separate bowl.
Mix wet and dry until combined.
Fold in 1 cup of blueberries.
Pour into loaf pan, bake 50 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
