Grate one frozen chicken breast using a peeler.
Grate two potatoes and one onion the same way.
Put everything into a bowl.
Grate 200 grams of mozzarella cheese and add it to the bowl.
Add one egg, one teaspoon each of oregano, salt and black pepper.
Mix everything really well.
Heat a bit of oil and one tablespoon of butter until it melts in a pan.
Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it evenly with a spoon.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Flip it using a plate, return it to the pan, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Put it on a plate and sprinkle parsley on top for extra flavor.
