2-ingredient No-bake Applesauce Cake
  1. Add chocolate chips and applesauce into a high speed blender and blend for a few minutes until smooth and creamy (there should be no lumps).

  2. Line a springform pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture.

  3. Spread out evenly and tap on your counter a few times to remove any air bubbles.

  4. Top with optional chocolate shavings, cacao nibs, nuts, coconut shavings, etc. or leave plain.

  5. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours (ideally overnight) until the cake is completely solid.

  6. Slice and enjoy!
