Peanut Butter Gyoza Ramen
  1. Mince the garlic + ginger, then fry in in vegetable oil on a low heat until fragrant.

  2. Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli oil + mushroom seasoning. Stir well, then cook out for a minute or two.

  3. Whisk the stock cube + miso with boiling water. Add to the pot.

  4. Bring to the boil, then lower the heat + simmer for 10-15 mins.

  5. Cook the noodles + broccoli, then cook your gyoza (fry then steam).

  6. Check the broth for seasoning - finish with a squeeze of lime juice, a pinch of sugar + salt if needed.

  7. Bowl up - noodles, broth, toppings, garnishes & enjoy!
