In a bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes foamy.
Add the vegetable oil, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture and stir well. Gradually add this liquid to the flour, mixing until a rough dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place until it triples in size.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and divide it into equal portions. Roll each piece into a smooth ball and place them in a buttered baking pan.
Cover the shaped rolls and let them rise again until they look puffy and slightly touching.
Brush the tops with a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the tops are golden brown.
While the rolls are baking, mix the melted butter with the pressed garlic and chopped parsley.
As soon as the rolls come out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic butter.
