Chili Garlic Noodles
  1. Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat until it reaches 350F or 176C

  2. In a large heat-proof bowl, combine the green onion, garlic, chili flakes, dark soy, regular soy, MSG, honey, and Chinese black vinegar

  3. Carefully pour the hot oil over this mixture, whisking until incorporated, and set it aside

  4. Boil noodles in a large pot for 3–5 minutes or until al dente, then drain

  5. Toss the noodles in the bowl with the sauce until evenly coated

  6. Top with sliced green onions and serve
