Creamy Atole De Café
  1. Add 4c of water to your pot. Add in piloncillo, cloves, and cinnamon.

  2. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, cover, and cook until piloncillo has dissolved (20ish mins).

  3. Add in your evaporated milk, 4 c of milk, small pinch of salt, and your coffee. Bring to a simmer & let it cook for 5ish mins while covered.

  4. Whisk together the last cup of milk with your cornstarch, and add it into your pot as well.

  5. Make sure to whisk it well and often, so you don’t develop any clumps.

  6. Once it reaches a simmer let it cook uncovered until desired consistency & strain into your mugs.

  7. Serve with dessert & enjoy babe!
