To make the cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard loaf pan.
Empty jar mix into a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
3 large eggs
¾ cup melted butter (or oil)
¾ cup milk (or buttermilk for extra tang)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)
Stir until smooth, then pour into pan.
Bake 45–50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely.
Optional Glaze: Whisk 1 cup powdered sugar with 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Drizzle over cooled cake.
