To a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa, and honey. Mix until well combined.
Line a sheet with parchment paper and evenly section the yogurt mixture in 4 circles on the parchment paper.
Freeze for about 2 hours or until completely frozen.
Add the chocolate chips and butter to a microwave safe dish and microwave for 40-60 seconds stopping halfway and stirring.
Add the frozen clusters to the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper. Let them sit for 3 minutes or until the chocolate has solidified around the cluster.
Sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
