Healthy High Protein Chicken Nuggets
  1. Mix eggs and chicken mince + all seasonings in a bowl, put to the side.

  2. Blend sourdough with the same seasonings, then make balls of chicken mixture and cover with the breadcrumbs, line on baking paper and bake in air frier for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, flip at 10 minute mark, DONE.

  3. Serve with fav sauce, I use low cal barbecue.
