Coconut Lentil Dahl In The Slow Cooker
  1. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker, stir and season to taste.

  2. Cook on low for 5–6 hours, then stir and garnish with fresh coriander and chopped spring onions.

  3. Keep an eye and add more water as required to loosen.
