Baked Shrimp
  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

  2. Place the butter in a small saucepan and melt. Add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, then stir in the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper,

  3. Place the shrimp in a baking dish, then pour the garlic butter over the shrimp. Stir gently to coat the shrimp with the butter.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until the shrimp are pink, 8-15 minutes.

  5. Sprinkle with parsley and then serve.
