Kettle Corn
  1. Add vegetable oil and 3 unpopped corn kernels in a large pot over medium heat. When the 3 kernels pop, the oil is hot enough to cook.

  2. Pour in the rest of the popcorn kernels and sugar.

  3. Cover and shake the pot constantly to prevent sugar from burning. When popping has slowed to once every 2 to 3 seconds, remove the pot from the heat and shake for a few minutes until popping stops.

  4. Pour popcorn into a large bowl and allow to cool, stirring occasionally to break up large clumps. Season with salt
