Add 16 oz uncooked orzo, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper to a large baking dish.
Create a hole in the center and place Boursin inside.
Pour 3 cups chicken broth around Boursin to cover all other ingredients.
Cover and cook for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
While cooking, add shrimp to a bowl with a splash of olive oil, handful of parsley, garlic and salt and pepper.
When time is up, add shrimp to a single layer on top of baking dish.
Place back in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until shrimp is just cooked.
Mix baking dish to combine all ingredients, add lemon, serve, and enjoy!
