Preheat oven to 425
Mix flour, meal, baking powder and salt in a large bowl
In 2 cup measuring cup - beat eggs, then add milk to make 2 cups liquid.
Add grease to skillet. Heat on cook top
Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients. Stir well with whisk, should be consistency of pancake batter. If too thick, add more milk.
When skillet is hot, pour in batter and leave on cook top until side bubble a little.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until brown
Flip over onto plate and enjoy!
