Cook Sausage

  1. Cook sausage until no longer pink.

  2. Drain and slice into ½-inch pieces.

Cook Vegetables

  1. Cook beans, green peppers, onion, shallots, and garlic in butter and oil until tender.

  2. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and allspice.

  3. Cook 6-8 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Finish Dish

  1. Stir in sausage and parsley; heat through.

  2. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Serve with rice.
