Cook Sausage
Cook sausage until no longer pink.
Drain and slice into ½-inch pieces.
Cook Vegetables
Cook beans, green peppers, onion, shallots, and garlic in butter and oil until tender.
Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, sugar, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and allspice.
Cook 6-8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Finish Dish
Stir in sausage and parsley; heat through.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve with rice.
