In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add the oil and heat until shimmering.
Add the beef then drizzle with honey and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes, or until caramelized.
Add the soy sauce, scallions and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly, before adding the gochujang and cooking for another minute (it should darken in color and start to caramelize on the meat.)
Deglaze with the broth then stir in the coconut milk.
Once simmering, add the broccoli rabe and noodles until cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Garnish with reserved scallion greens and chili crisp if you want.
