Cheesy Bacon Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking sheet with avocado oil.

  2. In one bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic + onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a second bowl, beat eggs and Greek yogurt.

  4. Mix wet into dry. Fold in bacon, green onions, and 1 cup cheddar. Stir until thickened.

  5. Use a cookie scoop to form 8 dough balls. Place on sheet, gently flatten, and top with remaining cheddar.

  6. Bake 9–11 minutes until golden. Serve warm with butter, cottage cheese, or avocado.
