I used 2x 8" loose bottomed cake tins
I baked at 160ºc fan for 38 minutes
Weigh the eggs in the shells and match the butter/sugar/flour to the weight for the best bake
I didn't bother poking the cake before the drizzle as I don't feel the need
I stored the cakes in a cake box overnight with parchment inbetween the layers
I used a 2d closed star piping tip for the decoration
