Lemon Cake
  1. I used 2x 8" loose bottomed cake tins

  2. I baked at 160ºc fan for 38 minutes

  3. Weigh the eggs in the shells and match the butter/sugar/flour to the weight for the best bake

  4. I didn't bother poking the cake before the drizzle as I don't feel the need

  5. I stored the cakes in a cake box overnight with parchment inbetween the layers

  6. I used a 2d closed star piping tip for the decoration
