Baked Muffin Pan Fried or Poached Eggs - Fitz

    Poached Eggs:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and generously spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon water to each well.

  3. Crack an egg into each muffin well.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on how hard or soft you prefer your eggs. Keep in mind the water on top will be discarded- sometimes it makes it look like uncooked egg white on top, when it's really just water.

    Fried Eggs:

  5. Preheat oven to 425F and generously spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

  6. Crack an egg into each muffin well.

  7. Season eggs with salt and pepper and top each egg.

  8. Bake for 7-12 minutes, depending on how hard or soft you prefer your eggs.
