Whisk together ¾ cup apple cider, eggs, butter
Toss apples in flour mix until fully coated
Stir in the wet ingredients until no flour pockets remain
Fry at 325 for 3 minutes on each side until evenly browned
Make glaze by whisking the remaining ingredients together, drizzle over warm fritters and let sit 5 minutes to harden
