Homemade Gnocchi
  1. Cook the potatoes until fork tender, then mash them.

  2. Add the flour and a pinch of salt, then knead the dough.

  3. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll them into strings, and shape them into gnocchi.

  4. Fry the onion and garlic in oil.

  5. Add the chili flakes, dried oregano, paprika, and tomato paste, then roast them.

  6. Add the tomato sauce and vegan cream, then simmer for a bit.

  7. Cook the gnocchi for 3-4 minutes, then stir them into the sauce.
