Add olive oil to medium heat pan, cook 1 diced yellow onion until translucent
Add minced garlic
Add 1 lb mild italian sausage
Once cooked, add seasonings (salt, pepper, italian seasoning, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder & crushed red peppers, and tomato paste)
Then add 2 cups chicken broth
Once mixture is boiling, add gnocchi. cook for 2-3 minutes
Turn heat down to low and add 2 cups heavy cream
Stir in 3 oz grated parmesean cheese (can sub for romano cheese)
Add diced spinach to pan
Let it simmer on low for 10 additional minutes to thicken sauce
