Breaded feta with vegetables and pomegranate
  1. Marinate the vegetables in olive oil, salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, coat the feta first in flour, then in egg and then in sesame seeds. Fry on medium heat until golden brown and soft on the inside.

  3. Chop the vegetables finely, add the parsley, pomegranate and pomegranate syrup.

  4. Season to taste again and serve on top of the feta.
